Today’s guest wrote a book called The Little Book of Game-Changers: 50 healthy habits for managing stress & anxiety. because sometimes just the thought of trying to make a positive life change can feel utterly overwhelming.

Jess Cording is a registered dietitian, integrative nutrition health coach, and writer with a passion for helping others streamline their wellness routine and experience a happier, calmer life and a more balanced relationship with food and exercise.

What I love about Jess’s approach is that it’s not about calories in & calories out. It’s about making living well drama-free and approachable. She has a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and did her dietetic internship at New York Presbyterian.

She’s also a member of the mindbodygreen Collective and a regular contributor to Forbes, SHAPE, and more.

She also just got engaged! You can see all her cute pics on Instagram @jesscording.
