**What I’m loving & learning is a series where I share all of the things I’m, you guessed it, loving and learning in the past week. It’s really a sneak peek into how I spend my time and is a fun way for me to reflect on everything I did this week. I have a pretty wide variety of likes and interests, so shoot me an email or drop me a DM if there’s something specific you’d like to see or know.**

Don’t forget to listen to this week’s podcast episode with Sarah Hurwitz

Today, I’m more interested in sharing how nutritious food can help us feel great & thrive rather than what I eat personally. I have restrictions based on allergies and autoimmune markers and don’t ever want people to think that’s the right way…you gotta do what works for you, but in the essence of sharing the love of food, here’s a few things I have my eye on.

clothes.

Not that you come here for fashion advice, but each morning when I wake up, I realize I have NOTHING to wear. Not that I really need it because I am just working from home, but my apartment gets so hot and I get sweaty. TMI, sorry. Anyways, I’ve been working on a “capsule” wardrobe and have a million returns to make, but I did land on a few things that I love:
