Turbulence & discomfort.

That midflight feeling when the plane starts to shake. It wakes me out of a light, enjoyable nap.

Turbulence is bumpy. No one likes it, except for maybe a few thrill seekers. It makes you uncomfortable and anxious. You might even have moments of wondering if your life so far has been “worth it” or fulfilling.

“Did you do all the things you set out to do?”

Maybe even a “why me?”

However, in our post-turbulence life, there’s a shift.

We’re inspired, creative, and energetic.

We’re ready to live big, live our truth, and strive for what we previously thought was impossible.

Ready to fearlessly tell the people we love, we love them; to say what we think and feel.

Ready to embrace the unknown and take the path less traveled.

So, what if we embraced the turbulence. What if we sat in the discomfort knowing it’s our greatest ally to live a life we love?
